The Aperture Shirt explores the space between concealment and exposure, transforming the back of a classic shirt into an architectural opening.
Its familiar front construction gives way to a dramatically articulated back, where a sculptural upper panel separates from the body to reveal an open section beneath. Gathered volumes extend outward and fall softly around the opening, creating movement and depth as the garment moves.
Adjustable ties allow the back structure to be gathered and shaped around the body, making the relationship between garment and wearer part of the design itself.
Rather than treating the shirt as a fixed silhouette, The Aperture Shirt approaches it as a structure in movement — a dialogue between tailoring, absence and volume.
Developed as an Original Construction, the garment is created entirely anew through our studio's research and contemporary craftsmanship.
Aligned with our commitment to responsible craftsmanship, this garment is made 100% anew through limited-series production. We strictly operate on a preorder basis, avoiding unnecessary overproduction and liquidations to ensure a conscious and thoughtful development process for every order placed.
